Carbonation
Carbon dioxide is a crucial part of the process. It is what allows the chemical process which forms magnesium bicarbonate to occur.
Mineralize
Following carbonation we add magnesium hydroxide Mg(OH2) which reacts with the carbion dioxide to form magnesium bicarbonate.
Serve
Rejourn is then bottled and immediately chilled for serving at your local market. The entire process is kept cold.

How to drink it?
On this basis, the minimal daily requirement is 6 mg/kg/day. For a 140-lb woman, this comes to 385 mg of magnesium daily; for a 185-lb man, at least 500 mg/ day.

Symptoms of Magnesium Deficiency:
Loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, and weakness are some of the early signs and symptoms of magnesium deficiency. As the condition progresses, people with magnesium deficiency may experience numbness, muscle contractions and cramps, seizures, abnormal heart rhythms, coronary spasms, and other symptoms. In severe cases, magnesium deficiency can cause hypocalcemia or hypokalemia. While certain health conditions and the use of certain medications can cause symptomatic magnesium deficiency, it is uncommon in healthy people.
