TESTIMONIALS

John Pedro

"The best athletic performance around. If you wonder where and how professional athletes train this is where you want to be. James is a very experienced trainer who always wants what’s best for his trainees. 10/10 recommend."

Fernando Padron

"One of the best trainers in Florida. Very knowledgeable on everything to do with performance and nutrition. I spent a long time training with him and I can honestly say he has been a vital part of changing the type of athlete I am!"

Gabe Serrano

"Great performance coach, works with you day in and day out. Very knowledgeable, dedicated, competitive, and honest. Fun person to be around as well. He’s not only someone to train you, but will become your friend outside the weight room."

Austin L.

"James is a great trainer and motivator. He will push you to be your best and designs very well thought out workouts for his clients. He helped me reach my goal of being a D1 athlete and I couldn’t thank him enough."

Brie Rojas

"If you’re looking for personal training, look no further, James is your man! I cannot say enough good things about this guy. He is knowledgeable, motivating, one hell of a trainer, and all around a good person. If you’re dedicated and stick to the plan, you will 100% see results. James truly cares for his clients, I wouldn’t look elsewhere if you’re trying to change your life for the better."

Madeline Shirah

"I started training with James in Nov of last year. I was completely naive to working out. He showed me things that have literally been life changing. I find myself always sitting up straight, breathing/meditating, learning how to use my core more during workouts, the list goes on and on. Working with him I grew such confidence. I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone who can give you workout, nutrition and life advice."

Christopher Lopez

"Simply put, James is awesome. The routines adapt alongside your goals and current progression to ensure you continuously are challenging yourself whilst also seeing the benefits emerge. Cannot thank him enough for kick starting my overall physical and mental improvement."

Ashley Sookram

"James is one of the best trainers in South Florida. Very Knowledgeable about his craft & cares about you in and out of the gym. He created an environment for me that I felt comfortable in, all while challenging me to reach my fitness goals. I liked his training techniques because he always uses positive reinforcement and made workout plans that were individualized to help me on a daily basis. Also, one of the major things about his training that I personally appreciated was that he not only cares about your physical well-being but your mental well-being as well. Very hard to find a trainer like him! Highly recommend."

Reinaldo Rossi

“James is one of the most knowledgeable, caring coaches in Florida. He pushes you nonstop and makes sure you stick with your goals. The best part about James is he welcomes you as if you were apart of his family since day 1. Even after your training session if you contact him regarding diet and muscle soreness he's there to answer. He is always looking at ways to better techniques and gain more knowledge in order to assist his clients. James changed the way I viewed fitness and made me want to be the best me.”

James Fellers

“I never worked with James in person but we have communicated over social media and he has been helping me ever since. The first time I spoke with him I was 242 pounds and had ACL surgery about 6 months before this. He helped me with my diet and some with my training and I am now weighing 206 pounds! James is an awesome person with a ton of knowledge about strength and conditioning and helped me reach my goal and I feel happier and healthier because of the help he gave me!”

Brianna Law

”Let me start off by saying I wasn't looking nor wanted a trainer when I met James. I was in the worst shape of my life s/p knee surgery and didn't think I was ready. After meeting him I realized how much knowledge he had about anatomy and body mechanics when working out. He wasn't your typical "watch you lift weights" kind of coach. James took the time to rehab my knee back to normal and did focused workouts building in the areas I needed more strength in. He is a great coach. He is also very knowledgeable in nutrition. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know!”

Christian Johnson

“James is a great trainer. Working with him allowed my football career to take off. I'm currently playing football in Alabama on a full ride due to all of the training I've done with him. I started the year off weighing 213 looking chubby and ended off weighing 225 and looking more lean, muscular and defined than ever before at the end of the summer. Overall after training with James my mobility, speed, muscle mass, stamina, and confidence in my abilities has improved tenfold. 11/10 recommend coach for athletes and non-athletes all together.”

Johnny Calia

“James has been one of the rare individuals that I have had the pleasure to meet in my life who finds his passion through his craft, and crafts his passion through his education of the human body. His knowledge, wisdom, and custom curriculum sessions have made such a huge impact in not only my life, personally and with my health, but also with my son's life and health as well. Mind, body and soul. We would not train with anyone else.”

Ashley Miller

“I began training with James after I tore my second ACL playing basketball. I was defeated and scared to return to playing contact sports. I met James and he listened to my goals and assured my I will be stronger than before my injury. I put my complete trust in him since he also had ACL recovery experience, not to mention his incredible sports training experience. Since then, I have trained with James for almost 2 years and have surpassed my wildest fitness expectations. I struggled squatting the 45 lb barbell on day 1 and now I am 1 rep maxing 225 lbs. I am stronger now than I was in my days as a competitive athlete. James pushed me, educated me, and supported me like no trainer I have ever had. He will help you reach your fitness goals...

Andrea Igliozzi

“I've been training with James for over a year and I've lost more than 20 pounds! He makes trainijng fun and we always do different things. I've also been able to do things I was never able to do before (like handstands). He really cares for his clients and will push you so you can accomplish your fitness goals.”

Deanna Moreo

“I have trained with James for about 2 years. I started out very lost in the fitness world. James made me feel very comfortable and was very patient. He is extremely knowledgeable in almost all aspects of fitness and loves to coach you not about strength and conditioning but also proper nutrition and recovery. His passion shines through in all his athletes with their progress and transformations.”

Rod Ebron

“I experienced the utmost professionalism along with a personal touch of motivation. If you are looking for a coach that is knowledgeable, positive, energetic, and can customize a realistic plan for you then James is who you need. We set nutritional, strength and weight goals. With his experience, encouragement and attention to detail, we crushed it! My expectations were beyond met.”

Krissa Robinson

”I have had the pleasure of working with James for over 6 years. He brings a wide variety of skills to the table combined with a passion for his work and clients. He has trained me throughout my Division 1 career physically, but more importantly mentally. Lastly, he continues to train me as a retired athlete looking for challenging but enjoyable workouts. He does an excellent job at adapting to my lifestyle and goals and is always bringing new exercises to the workouts. The thing that sets James apart from the pack is his heart. He truly cares for each and every one of his clients in and out of the gym. I recommend James to all, athlete or not, because you will have a kickass trainer as well as a kickass friend.”

Infopathy

Infopathy has created devices that allow you to imprint your water with homeopathic remedies through light and sound waves. Each substance (magnesium, potassium, ascorbic acid, etc.) has it’s own electromagnetic signature. These substances can be placed in water, diluted, and then have it’s frequency recorded and uploaded on a data base that can then be transferred to your water as an infoceutical, a recorded signal that have a biological effect on living matter.

Use code “Sixkiller” to save 10% off your Infopathy devices.

MitoRedLight

Red and near-infrared light are part of the electromagnetic spectrum of light that is emitted by the sun. Due to our modern lifestyles of being indoors and excessive use of technology, we have become mal-illuminated and lack exposure to these vital wavelengths. Benefits of Red-Light Therapy include:

  • Promotes wound healing and tissue repair
  • Supports collagen production / anti-aging
  • Reduces swelling and inflammation (pain)
  • Improves joint health
  • Improves physical performance, muscle recovery and energy levels
  • Increases melatonin / improves sleep

Use code “Sixkiller” to save 5% off your order of Mito Red Light devices.

Earthing

Grounding, also called earthing, is a therapeutic technique where you reconnect the electric body to the earth. The earth’s surface has a virtually limitless supply of mobile electrons that gives the ground we walk on (as well as lakes and oceans) a natural negative electric charge. When you touch your body to the ground, it dissipates static electricity and extraneous environmental electrical charges that are on you. At the same time, you receive a charge of energy in the form of free electrons and your body synchronizes with the natural frequencies of the earth.

With the invention of grounding equipment, you are able to experience the benefits of grounding you are indoors, especially while you are sleeping (elevated off the earth).

The benefits of grounding include:

  • Decrease in fatigue
  • Significant reduction of pain & inflammation
  • Improved mood (anxiety & depression)
  • Improved quality of sleep
  • Improved cardiovascular health, increased circulation and lowered blood pressure

VivoBarefoot

Your feet are your foundation. The deeper the roots, the stronger the branches. When your feet are weak the entire rest of your body is compromised.

Modern day footwear does not support the human body. Typical name brand footwear has a large heel lift which shifts your center of gravity forward as if you are constantly falling, the toe-box is narrow which does not allow your feet to splay to provide stability, and the shoes are rigid rather than flexible. Due to this design we have shoe shaped feet (think bunions), when what we really need is feet shaped shoes!

Enter: VIvobarefoot. Vivobarefoot creates barefoot style shoes that have a WTF (wide, thin and flexible) design. These shoes provide the foot the environment it needs to… behave like a foot!

Wearing barefoot style shoes consistently will make your feet stronger and may provide relief from ailments such as:

  • Plantar fasciitis
  • Bunions
  • Ingrown toenails
  • Knee, hip and back pain

Use code “Sixkiller10” to save 10% off your order of Vivobarefoot shoes

Morozko Forge

Morozko Forge has created the ultimate high-end cold plunge experience. Their ice baths are designed with built-in microfiltration and ozone disinfection so that you can plunge as frequently as you’d like without having to run to the store to grab dozens of bags of ice or change out the water after each dip. The baths are also grounded and capable of creating their own ice! The coldest on the market.

Benefits of a deliberate cold-exposure practice include:

  • Increased metabolic rate
  • Increased fat burning and utilization of fat
  • Improved insulin sensitivity
  • Reduced inflammation & pain
  • Improved mood
  • Improved quality of sleep

Use code “SIXKILLER500″ to save $500 off your Morozko Ice Bath Pro and “SIXKILLER350” to save $350 off your Morozko Ice Bath.

KAATSU

KAATSU originated in Japan and was invented by Dr.Yoshiaki Sato. KAATSU is japanese for “additional pressure”. KAATSU bands are a form of blood flow moderation training that is safe for practically everyone, including elderly and those with cardiovascular issues. The bands have 2 different modes: cycle mode where the bands will inflate for 30 seconds and then deflate for 10 seconds at increasing intensities for 8 rounds, and training mode where you have constant, consistent pressure while you perform your exercises.

The benefits of KAATSU include:

  • Increases vascular elasticity allowing for better blood flow and transport of nutrients and oxygen
  • Simulates a high intensity workout
  • Reduces swelling and inflammation (pain)
  • Improves joint health
  • Improves physical performance, muscle recovery and energy levels
  • Increases melatonin / improves sleep
