”Let me start off by saying I wasn’t looking nor wanted a trainer when I met James. I was in the worst shape of my life s/p knee surgery and didn’t think I was ready. After meeting him I realized how much knowledge he had about anatomy and body mechanics when working out. He wasn’t your typical “watch you lift weights” kind of coach. James took the time to rehab my knee back to normal and did focused workouts building in the areas I needed more strength in. He is a great coach. He is also very knowledgeable in nutrition. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know!”
