He created an environment for me that I felt comfortable in, all while challenging me to reach my fitness goals. I liked his training techniques because he always uses positive reinforcement and made workout plans that were individualized to help me on a daily basis. Also, one of the major things about his training that I personally appreciated was that he not only cares about your physical well-being but your mental well-being as well.
